Giving Back to the Community

It is important that we, as Landmen, realize that it is only due to the stakeholders or Lessors that we deal with within the areas we operate, (those areas being the Southern Tier of New York, and Northern and Western Pennsylvania), that we and our companies can be successful.  These landowners are our customers and we have a fiduciary duty to the landowners to undertake a standard of care for their properties.  In doing that we keep those landowners satisfied with us as their caretakers and we and the companies we represent can thrive and be successful as a result.

Consequently, in order for that relationship to be fostered and maintained, we have a continuing duty to the landowners and their communities to “give back” for all the positive things we have been able to realize by having this relationship.  NALA has made it their mission to reach out to those local communities through various means, whether through donations or conducting benefit golf tournaments that direct a portion of the proceeds to specific charities within our region.  We are always open to hear from various groups that are active within our operating region to learn of their needs and our executive committee will discuss those concerns when they meet.   If you represent a group or non-profit association that can benefit from this association we encourage you to e-mail your request to our main contact person for website content.
